Head of Carpentry Operations - #1161809

We are currently looking for a highly experienced and organized Carpentry Operations Team Head to oversee both our factory production and on-site installations.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our factory floor, project teams, and installation sites. You will be responsible for leading multiple carpentry teams, controlling factory operations, managing materials, and ensuring that all projects are completed smoothly, safely, and swiftly. Strong hands-on experience in carpentry fabrication is strictly required.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, guide, and manage multiple carpentry teams (consisting of 3-4 carpenters per team).

• Delegate tasks and coordinate internal carpentry work effectively between Senior Carpenters and Junior General Workers.

• Manage worker schedules, including daily task arrangements and overtime (OT) allocation to meet project deadlines.

Factory Production & Material Control

• Calculate, prepare, and order all necessary materials, wood, and hardware required for all teams accurately to minimize wastage.

• Maintain strict factory material control and inventory management.

• Oversee the entire fabrication process in the factory to ensure high-quality joinery and woodworking standards are met.

Project & Site Coordination

• Conduct precise on-site measurements prior to fabrication to ensure seamless installations.

• Collaborate closely with the internal Project Team to arrange and align production schedules with project timelines.

• Schedule and oversee site deliveries, installations, and final project handovers.

• Ensure all schedules run smoothly, proactively identifying bottlenecks and responding swiftly to resolve any work or site issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive Carpentry Experience: Deep, hands-on knowledge of carpentry fabrication, joinery techniques, and assembly is mandatory.

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams of carpenters and general workers in a factory or site setting.

• Mathematical & Planning Capability: Strong ability to calculate material requirements and read technical drawings.

• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple project schedules, installations, and factory workflows simultaneously.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond swiftly and effectively to changing project demands or site condition

-领导能力：拥有在工厂或现场管理木工和普通工人团队的经验。
