Scope:

  • Project coordination (trackers, action logs, milestones)

  • Process documentation (SOPs, workflows, RACI)

  • Data tracking & reporting (Excel dashboards, metrics)

  • Support AI / automation initiatives (UAT tracking, documentation)

  • Change management support (training materials, comms, readiness tracking)

Profile we are looking for:

  • 2–5 years experience in project coordination / PMO / HR operations or shared services

  • Strong in documentation, tracking, and stakeholder coordination

  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams

  • Exposure to transformation / automation / ServiceNow / Workday / Power BI is a plus
