About Us
Retro-Max Pte Ltd is a regional supplier of playground equipment, outdoor fitness stations, water play structures, and GFRC fabrication solutions. We partner with architects, landscape consultants, town councils, and private developers to design and deliver outdoor recreational spaces across Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
We're a small, collaborative team where you'll work closely with experienced colleagues and have direct visibility into how projects move from concept to completion. If you're looking for a role where your contributions are visible and your voice matters, this is a good fit.
The Role
You'll manage the full sales cycle for outdoor recreation projects, from initial client engagement through to contract close. That means building relationships with town councils, private developers, condo MCSTs, and design professionals, then translating their needs into proposals that win work.
Day to day, this looks like:
Meeting architects, landscape consultants, and procurement teams to understand project requirements and present solutions
Preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions with attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinating with our project and technical teams to ensure pricing and specifications are right before anything goes out
Identifying new opportunities through your own outreach, industry networks, and referrals
Maintaining your pipeline, keeping CRM records current, and following up with professionalism and consistency
Supporting client relationships beyond the sale, because repeat business is how this industry works
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in any discipline is a plus (business, marketing, or built environment backgrounds are an advantage but not required)
Prior B2B or project sales experience is preferred, but we'll consider candidates with less experience if you demonstrate strong communication skills and genuine initiative
Comfortable engaging independently with architects, consultants, and public sector procurement officers
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposals and presentations
Clear, professional written and spoken English
Organised and able to manage multiple project leads at different stages simultaneously
Class 3 driving licence is a plus for site visits, but not essential

Base salary of $3,000-$4,000/month (commensurate with experience), plus a commission structure tied to project wins
