The Accounts & Admin Assistant will support the Finance and Administration functions of the company. The role includes maintaining accounting records, processing accounts receivable and payable transactions, preparing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with payroll and staff claims, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The successful candidate will also provide general administrative support, maintain office records, and assist with day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, possess strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is essential.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and GST.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
