About the Role
We are a growing Singapore-based e-commerce firm and are looking for a senior Finance & Admin Executive to manage full set account in-house, support internal finance operations, and provide limited administrative support to the business.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments and bank reconciliations.
Handle invoicing, SOA, aging reports, collections follow-up, and supplier payments.
Reconcile e-commerce sales, marketplace settlements (e.g. Amazon, Shopee, etc.) and related transactions.
Perform month-end and year-end closing, and prepare monthly management accounts with supporting schedules.
Prepare annual standalone financial statements and consolidated financial statements and supporting consolidation schedules where applicable.
Prepare and file ECI and Corporate Income Tax returns, or coordinate with the external tax agent where specialist support is required.
Manage GST returns where applicable.
Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors on statutory matters.
Process monthly payroll and CPF contributions, prepare annual IR8A submissions and handle IR21 where applicable.
Administration & Operations Support
Provide limited reasonable administrative and HR support, including employee records, claims processing, office supplies and vendor coordination.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACCA, CPA or CA(S) is an advantage.
Minimum two years of hands-on full-set accounting experience in Singapore, including month-end and year-end closing, management accounts and preparation of annual financial statements.
Hands-on experience preparing and filing ECI and Corporate Income Tax returns is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with GST reporting, audit schedules and payroll/CPF administration.
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace reconciliation, such as Amazon, Shopee or Lazada, is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or similar systems.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
