Human Resource:

a. Arranging for interview for new applicants

b. Facilitating staff on board process

i. Preparation of employment contracts

ii. Uniform Measurement

iii. Health Screening

iv. Security Clearance by SCDF/SAF

v. Assisting in process of contractor passes from SCDF

vi. Submitting monthly schedule to SAF

c. Conducting Orientation Programme for new staff

d. Processing for claims (Medical/Dental/Transport)

e. Monitoring and computing of leaves (Annual Leaves, Childcare leave, Sick leaves)

f. Maintaining and updating staff personal files

g. Keeping track on compliments and complaint for staff

h. Organising events (Retreat, Best Crew Award etc)

i. Facilitating exiting process for resigned staff (compute leaves balance and recover contractor pass)

Planning, Monitoring and Scheduling of Course and Certification Test for EMS crew:

a. Basic Cardiac Life Support

b. Automated External Defibrillation

c. Standard First Aid

d. Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support

e. Emergency Vehicle(EV4) Course

f. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Course

Logistic:

a. Assisting in delivery of medical items or supplies (Ad-hoc)

b. Assisting in receiving of medical items or supplies (from vendor)

Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by EMS Managers:

a. Sealing keys for SAF Casualty Collection Point ‘s gates

b. Handling administrative work in Fire Stations or Fire Post
