Recruitment Consultant (MICE) - #1162597

Job Description:

• Source, screen, and place candidates across MICE and blue-collar sectors

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles - from client briefing to candidate placement

• Build strong relationships with clients, event organizers, and operations managers

• Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and urgent hiring needs

• Make use of various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events

• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified blue-collar workers.

• Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve recruitment processes.

• Stay informed about best practices in recruitment and blue-collar employment trends.

• Hit (and exceed) placement targets while delivering great candidate experiences
  

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field

• Self-motivated and driven individual

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service and sales oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• No experience required as training will be provided
