Process Integration & Yield Technician (12-Hour Shift) | Semicon Manufacturing - #1162606

Working Hours: 12hr shift work

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Yield Improvement Support

• Collect and analyze production data to support process stability and yield improvement initiatives.

• Perform routine data validation and basic analysis using engineering-defined methods and tools.

• Support yield monitoring activities by preparing datasets and identifying abnormal trends.

Production Issue Investigation

• Assist engineers in investigating manufacturing issues by gathering data, conducting predefined tests, and consolidating findings.

• Support cross-functional collaboration with Process, Product, Test, and Quality teams.

• Prepare reports, checklists, and documentation to facilitate root cause investigations.

Process Stability & Variability Reduction

• Support activities focused on process control, variability reduction, and manufacturing line stability.

• Execute assigned engineering tasks and provide observations to support continuous improvement projects.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and analysis results.

• Prepare reports and documentation to support engineering projects and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related technical disciplines.

• Experience or understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (Frontend or Backend) preferred.

• Basic knowledge of data extraction, analysis tools, or programming tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to follow structured processes and procedures.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
