Job Scope

• Build, test, and troubleshoot wire bonding machines

• Perform machine setup, calibration, and basic repairs

• Ensure machines meet quality standards

• Support engineering & production operations
  

Shift Options (Fixed Shift)

Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Afternoon: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Night: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
(Includes 45 mins break | Mon–Fri + Alt Sat)

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering (any field)

• Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)

• No colour blindness

• Comfortable wearing cleanroom attire (smock jacket)
