Technician / Associate Engineer - Manufacturing / Training Provided / CM /PM - #1162540

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment under guidance from senior team members.

• Servicing activities including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support.

• Provide basic on-site technical support to customers and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Carry out assigned service tasks and complete work within established timelines.

• Support installation and commissioning activities to ensure equipment is set up according to operational requirements.

• Perform basic fault identification, rectification, and planned maintenance activities for field service operations.

• Update and maintain service-related records in SAP, including creation and closure of service notifications and service orders.

• Prepare service reports and communicate findings to Team Leaders or Technical Support personnel for further action.

• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards during all field activities.

Qualifications/Requirement

• Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering.

• Demonstrates good hands-on approach to work.

• A high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-oriented.
