Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted facility services for manufacturing and office operations.

• Implement a comprehensive maintenance program for both internal and external services.

• Conduct effective breakdown maintenance analysis using tools such as FTA and the 5 Whys method.

• Analyze machine and equipment performance metrics and initiate necessary improvements.

• Arrange manpower effectively to meet project and operational needs.

• Manage projects and construction work from initiation to completion.

• Plan and track budgets for all facility operations.

• Develop and execute equipment replacement strategies.

• Plan and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Guide the department's transformation towards a SMART Factory and digital transformation.

• Drive continuous improvements in reliability, productivity, and cost-efficiency.

• Prepare documentation, proposals, and presentations for various stakeholders.

• Attend audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and any applicable standards.

• Track licenses and permits required for operations.

• Collaborate with vendors and other departments on various projects.

• Communicate and liaise with the head office and regional affiliates for project updates and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating independence and proactivity.

• Knowledge of boiler operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with fire safety standards and practices is advantageous.
