About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Engineer, Installer & Technical Sales Executive who enjoys both technical field work and building relationships with clients. This role combines installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, project execution, and sales development. Beyond technical responsibilities, you will have opportunities to identify business opportunities, support sales activities, and earn additional commissions through project and equipment sales.

Key responsibilities

• Install swimming pool equipment, competition hardware, timing systems, scoreboards, touchpads, starting blocks, and related infrastructure.

• Assist in swimming pool construction, upgrading, and maintenance projects.

• Perform on-site assembly, testing, calibration, and commissioning of equipment.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation plans.

• Ensure installations meet project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system faults.

• Perform repairs, replacements, and servicing of equipment.

• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and facility operators.

• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, maintenance contracts, and new projects.

• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
