Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including supplier invoices, payments, and collections.

• Process employee expense claims and reimbursements accurately and promptly.

• Perform GST coding and support GST submissions and compliance requirements.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.

• Support event and project settlements, including revenue and cost reconciliation.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

• Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting functions.

• Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in the events, entertainment, or media industry will be an advantage.
