QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• Proficient in Bluebeam and MS Office software for documentation, cost analysis, and reporting.

• Proactive and collaborative team member with the ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced construction settings.

• Candidates with extensive experience in construction project environments may be considered for a senior role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the tendering process including site visits, clarification meetings, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Prepare and manage progress claims, interim payments, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts for projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities, and perform cost estimation based on construction drawings and specifications.

• Participate in tender briefings and site show-rounds to gather project-specific information.

• Undertake other related duties as required to support projects and operational needs.
