Regional Procurement Executive (Raw Materials) - #1162501

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established multinational organisation within the manufacturing sector, seeking a Regional Commodity Procurement Executive (Raw Materials) to support regional sourcing and procurement activities across Southeast Asia. This role offers strong exposure to supplier management, market analysis, sustainability initiatives, and regional stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asia.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned raw material categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers and business partners
• Support supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding, performance reviews, and supplier development initiatives
• Conduct market analysis and provide market intelligence to support procurement strategies and business decisions
• Participate in commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and supplier relationship management activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational and business requirements
• Maintain procurement records, purchasing documentation, and ERP master data
• Participate in supplier visits, business reviews, and regional stakeholder meetings to support procurement objectives
• Support sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives within the supply base

The Talent:

• 1-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commodity purchasing, or supply chain functions
• Exposure to raw materials, commodities, manufacturing, industrial products, or related sectors
• Experience in supplier management, sourcing, supplier onboarding, and commercial negotiations
• Familiarity with sustainability, supplier compliance, or responsible sourcing initiatives will be advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with regional stakeholders and travelling for business when required
