We are looking for experienced Bakery Staff to support our bakery operations, focusing on proofing, baking and product finishing.

• Perform proofing of dough and monitor fermentation according to product specifications.

• Operate bakery ovens and ensure products are baked to quality standards.

• Garnish and finish bakery products according to company recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Monitor product quality, appearance, and freshness.

• Prepare products for display and sale.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene standards.

• Support daily bakery production and operational requirements.

• Experience in dough proofing, oven operations and bakery product garnishing.

• Basic understanding of baking processes and product quality standards.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
