Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.

• Manage manpower scheduling, inventory control, and store administration.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Support sales growth and achievement of business targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B or retail.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Management Trainee (Service)

Key Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of outlet operations and customer service.

• Assist in daily store operations, inventory management, and team coordination.

• Develop leadership and operational skills through structured training.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to company standards.

• Support outlet management in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Passion for F&B and customer service.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
