Responsibility

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.

• Ensure timely execution of production activities to meet delivery deadlines and operational targets.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address material shortages, capacity constraints, or operational issues.

• Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

• Coordinate with R&D and relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials required for production.

• Oversee warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, storage, stock transfers, and dispatch activities.

• Track inventory accuracy and support effective stock control practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production planning efficiency and warehouse operations.

• Analyze planning and inventory data to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational optimization.

• Ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and supply chain functions to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/Materials Management or equivalent

• At least 2 years’ experience in production planning/ scheduling using Production Scheduling Software

• Candidate must be able to understand Production Speed
