JOB SCOPE

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and stable output.

• Non-machine Activities: Handle incoming goods, perform packaging tasks, and support shipment activities, including physical goods movement.

• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and basic tests to ensure all products meet required specifications.

• Production Monitoring: Track production performance, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting during operations.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety rules, wear required PPE, and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• N-Level / O-Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent. Technical certificates are an advantage.

• Ability to assess equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations is preferred but not mandatory.

• Comfortable working in a factory environment with machinery noise.

• Able to lift and move goods when required.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Safety-conscious and reliable.

Basic Salary: SGD $1250/month + Allowances

Housing Allowance: Up to $200 / month

Shift Allowances:

Morning Shift: SGD 100/month

Night Shift: SGD 400/month

Night Shift Meal Allowance: SGD 100/month
