About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to join the Desmond & Associates team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our new business development strategy. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

3. Creating compelling marketing materials, presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients

4. Tracking sales metrics, monitoring pipeline activity and reporting on progress against targets and KPIs

5. Attending industry events, networking functions and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market positioning

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in sales and new business development, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

2. Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Demonstrated proficiency in marketing concepts, digital marketing tools and customer engagement strategies

5. Results-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets

6. Self-motivated, proactive individual capable of working independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members

7. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

8. Bachelor's degree / diploma
