Senior/Logistic Executive - #1160759

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support our daily warehouse and shipping operations. You will help with receiving, packing, and shipping goods, as well as maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics processing functions:

• Responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing goods.

• Perform Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and Work Orders (WO).

• Pick, pack, and issues of goods according to Stock Request (SR) given.

• Ensure proper packaging, dispatch, and tracking of shipments.

• Conduct monthly random stock takes and quarterly full stock audits.

• Handle other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Shipping processing functions:

• Coordinate with the Customer Service Department regarding shipping-related enquiries.

• Preparation of import and export shipments documentation.

• Liaise with forwarder on import and export shipments and ensure smooth processing.

• Arrange local dispatch for pick up or collection.

• To keep records of Proof of Delivery (POD) for every shipment.

• Other ad-hoc tasks required by superior.

• Provide coaching, and guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Familiar with import and export shipping terms and regulations.

• Manage online shipment booking on courier’s website.

• Possess knowledge of warehouse and inventory work.

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
