Finance Executive - #1162359

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our Singapore team. This is a newly created, mid-level position responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of our Singapore entity, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings under Singapore accounting standards. You will own the full set of accounts and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

• Handle GST filings, corporate tax computations, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents

• Manage payroll processing, CPF contributions, and employee expense claims

• Support annual audit and ensure timely submission of ACRA and IRAS filings

• Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting

• Coordinate with external service providers (company secretary, tax advisors, banks)

• Support ad-hoc finance and operations projects as needed

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations

• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel

• Hands-on experience handling full-set accounts independently

• Familiarity with GST, corporate tax, CPF, and ACRA/IRAS compliance

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency / blockchain / Web3 industry

• Understanding of digital asset accounting, token transactions, or digital wallet operations

• CPA or ACCA qualification (partial or full)

Work Arrangement

• Singapore-based, hybrid: primarily remote with 1–2 days per week at our coworking office
