Setup & Conversion Support: Assist in production line setup and handler/prober conversion activities.
Troubleshooting Support: Provide handler/prober troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Operational Support: Monitor equipment performance, escalate issues, and guide operators/technicians.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, reduce conversion time, and document best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

NITEC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
Hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment (wafer sort, tester platforms, handlers, probers).
Familiarity with troubleshooting and conversion processes in a production environment.
