Assistant Network Engineer - East - #1162301

Potential candidates who are experienced in managing enterprise networks, managing IT projects and are comfortable engaging various stakeholders, working in teams and independently, self-motivated, pro-active, possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.

• Perform day-to-day network operations by following ITSM processes, including incident management, change requests, troubleshooting, escalation, and fault reporting.

• Manage operational activities such as vendor coordination, contract management, inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and stakeholder engagement.

• Monitor network performance and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain service availability and reliability.

• Lead and support infrastructure projects involving requirements gathering, budgeting, procurement, evaluation, and implementation of network solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in IT, Information Systems or IT related majors

• Minimum 2 year relevant experience in managing enterprise networks with project management skills.
