Assistant Network Engineer - East - #1162301

Potential candidates who are experienced in managing enterprise networks, managing IT projects and are comfortable engaging various stakeholders, working in teams and independently, self-motivated, pro-active, possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Support, implement, and maintain large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
Perform day-to-day network operations by following ITSM processes, including incident management, change requests, troubleshooting, escalation, and fault reporting.
Manage operational activities such as vendor coordination, contract management, inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor network performance and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain service availability and reliability.
Lead and support infrastructure projects involving requirements gathering, budgeting, procurement, evaluation, and implementation of network solutions.
Requirements:
Minimally a Diploma in IT, Information Systems or IT related majors
Minimum 2 year relevant experience in managing enterprise networks with project management skills.
