RESPONSIBILITIES:
TO ASSIST IN THE CS DEPT REPORTING TO TEAM MANAGER
MUST BE SELF MOVITATED AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY
MUST HAVE THE PASSION IN LEARNING AND TO ACCEPT THIS TASK
SOME KNOWLEDGE IN AIR AND SEA LOGISTICS IS AN ADVANTAGE
TO HANDLE ALL BOOKINGS FOR BOTH AIR AND SEA
TO LIAISE WITH AIR AND SEA CARRIERS
TO LIAISE WITH CUSTOMERS
TO HANDLE ALL SEA DOCUMENTATION WORK LIKE BOOKINGS, BL ETC
MINIMUM GCE ‘O’ LEVEL
ABLE TO USE AND HANDLE MICROSOFT OFFICE AND ALL EMAILS
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location : Changi Airport Cargo
Working Days/Hours : 5 days
