Project Manager, PIS, Mobility Rail - #1162254

As a Project Manager in Mobility Rail, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating complex projects that support the advancement and operation of our rail transportation solutions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enhance rail mobility services.

Job Description:

• Acts as the main point of contact between the company and customers

• Supports pre sales activities, tendering, and bidding processes

• Manages client expectations and stakeholder relationships

• Oversees project cost and profitability

• Plans and manages project schedules

• Handles resource planning and allocation

• Ensures quality control across projects

• Coordinates internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution

• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Defines project scope, objectives, and ensures technical feasibility

• Develops and tracks detailed project plans

• Manages changes in scope, schedule, and cost

• Monitors performance and reports progress to management

• Identifies and manages project risks

• Builds and maintains vendor and supplier relationships

• Handles vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations

• Maintains proper project documentation

• Manages administrative tasks related to projects

• Works independently with minimal supervision

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Project Management or related field

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience with proven track record

• Experience managing teams and developing staff

• Good understanding of profit and loss management

• Strong ability to build client relationships and support business growth

• Able to manage stakeholders and ensure project delivery meets client requirements

• Capable of resolving issues and maintaining high quality standards

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills

• Confident in decision making and project execution

• Self motivated and driven individual

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

• Independent worker who is also a strong team player

• Comfortable working in fast paced environments
