• Ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment of online grocery orders.

• Carry out picking, packing, and dispatch activities in compliance with established procedures.

• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Track stock movements and facilitate the return of damaged or defective items.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment at all times.

Requirements

• O levels /Nitec / Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in retail

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work 6 days per week including both weekends

• Singaporean only
