• As the analytics manager for real estate services, you will lead a dedicated team of 4–5 data analysts.

• Together, you will turn complex property, construction, and operational data into clear, strategic infrastructure decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of 4–5 data analysts, supporting their career growth and helping resolve technical challenges.

• Turn complex regional data points into clear, impactful narratives and strategic recommendations for senior executives.

• Own and modernise the reporting tools, creating interactive dashboards (using Tableau or Cognos) to track capital expenditure.

• Partner with project managers and data system owners across the bank to map out business needs and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills:

• Substantial professional experience as a business analyst or data analyst handling large, complex datasets.

• Experience managing, mentoring, or leading other analysts, with the ability to guide them on technical data tasks.

• Expert-level, hands-on experience building automated reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Cognos.

• The ability to present technical data clearly and effectively to senior, non-technical business leaders.

• A genuine interest in how corporate buildings and construction projects operate (prior property/facilities experience is a bonus).
