Production Operator – Laser Production

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to join our laser production team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of laser modules, ensuring high product quality and consistent output in accordance with production schedules and company standards.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Air-conditioned working environment)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and tools to assemble laser modules and components according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Perform visual and functional inspections during the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow ESD-safe handling procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

• Accurately record production data, test results, and component traceability information.

• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiency and resolve quality issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with 5S and safety requirements.

• Support inventory control by reporting material usage, shortages, and any abnormalities.

• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in electronics, manufacturing, or precision assembly will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly techniques.

• Able to follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures carefully.

• Good hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail.

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.

• A good team player with a positive working attitude.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,200

• Housing Allowance: SGD 200

• Transport Allowance: SGD 200

• Gross Salary: SGD 1,600 per month

Additional Information
As this is a new production line, overtime is currently not required.
