Location: Tuas Crescent
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.15 PM
Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,800
Company transport available from Marsiling MRT and Jurong East MRT
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate with vendors for office services, equipment maintenance, and staff transportation.
Manage pantry and stationery inventory.
Support payroll administration, attendance checking, and overtime processing.
Assist with employee training administration and course registrations.
Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Coordinate dormitory-related matters with external vendors.
Organize staff engagement activities and company events.
Assist with HR and administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
