Location: Tuas
Basic Salary: $6000 - $7000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting schedules.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.

• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of operational costs and financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Support GST filings, audits, and other regulatory submissions by preparing required documentation.

• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience handling full-set accounts and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
