ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and develop suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality products, reliable delivery, and favourable commercial terms.

  • Process and manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement activities accurately and timely in accordance with company SOP and operational requirements.

  • Support customer orders and operational needs through timely purchasing, inventory replenishment, and coordination with warehouse, operations, logistics, sales, and other departments.

  • Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, purchasing trends, and rejected items to improve operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and cost effectiveness.

  • Maintain and update supplier pricing, product information, purchasing records, and ERP system data accurately.

  • Handle supplier returns, credit notes, rejected items, and product-related issues in accordance with company procedures.

  • Support supplier audits, customer audits, bidding activities, procurement projects, and continuous improvement initiatives when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement SOP, anti-bribery, anti-corruption policies, and internal control requirements.

  • Maintain good knowledge of company products, inventory, market pricing, and supply channels to support operational responsiveness and quotation activities.


WORKING REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations preferred.

  • Leadership and team management experience preferred for Team Leader and Manager roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across teams.

  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong planning skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with changing operational demands.

  • Customer-focused with strong commitment to service quality and operational excellence.
