We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Commercial Division, supporting our SME Sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SME customers while driving business development and growing relationships to achieve sales volume and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customer accounts through effective account management and sales prospecting
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring prompt and professional service
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling within existing accounts
Negotiate and close contracts to maximize profitability
Ensure timely delivery of energy solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Promote and sell new energy solutions such as renewable energy certificates, solar, and EV-related products
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
Professional and confident presence
