Reservation Admin | 6 Months Contract |Up to 2.5k - #1162121

Contract Period: 6 Months (subject to extension and renewable)

Working Hours: 9am to 7pm [1 hrs 15mins Break]

Working Days: 5 days work week inclusive of weekend and PH

Salary: $2.5k

Job Description:

• Handle reservations received via all channels timely and accurately according to SOPs

• Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience

• Maintain up-to-date information of all promotions and hotels information

• Maximize opportunities through upselling techniques

• Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondences

• Compliance with department’s related policies and procedures

• Supports management as and when required

Requirement:

• Proficient in MS Office, email system, reservations system will be an advantage

• Display high level of customer service

• Possess strong communication and administration skills

• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu if work on Public Holidays)

• Able to overtime as and when required.
