Salary package: Gross up to $3000+

Working Day: 44hours per week (Office hours)

Job Scope:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on precision components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Operate and maintain inspection equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

• Record inspection results, prepare quality reports, and maintain accurate quality documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Investigate quality issues, identify non-conforming products, and support corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and continuous improvement objectives.

Requirement:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments and interpretation of technical drawings.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
