• Guide customers and recommend the best electronics solutions

• Promote latest deals, bundles, and exclusive offers

• Upsell premium products and cross-sell across showrooms

• Deliver a seamless, engaging, and personalised shopping experience

• Work with teams to optimise promotions and boost sales

Requirements:

• Retail or sales experience (electronics/home appliances preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confident in upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

• Comfortable working weekends & public holidays
