Working Location: North East Region

Working Hours:

5.25 days (Rotating Shift)

Mon to Fri: 1300hrs - 2130hrs,

Alt Sat: 1300hrs - 1700hrs

Mon to Fri: 2100hrs – 0530hrs

Alt Sat: 2100hrs to 0100hrs

Responsibilities

• Monitor Export Operations to meet customer requirements

• Coordinate with customer service, handing third party vendor requirements

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting in warehouse and ensure housekeeping

• Ensuring safety, security, quality rules and regulation are followed by all staff in warehouse

• Liaising with internal customer service and appointed service providers on day to day Export/ Import Warehouse Operations

• Manage third party traffic service providers as to smooth deliveries and collection

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain industry

• Able to work with tight datelines

• Proficient in MS Office
