Project Executive (Booth/Exhibition) - #1162038

• Up till $5,000 Basic + Transport Allowances + Bonus

• 5 days work week only
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Account Manager/Project Manager to plan & execute projects from conceptualization to installation to dismantling

• Supervise team members to ensure timely completion with quality finishing

• Liaise with service providers & consultants to ensure timely completion of projects

• Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments

• Coordinate project timelines, site schedules, manpower allocation, and logistics arrangements

• Attend site recce, client meetings, and on-site installations when required

• Monitor fabrication and production progress to ensure work is aligned with approved drawings and specifications

• Ensure compliance with venue regulations, workplace safety requirements, and site procedures

• Work closely with designers, production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues promptly

• Prepare project documentation including work schedules, permits, quotations, delivery orders, and handover reports

• Track project costs and assist in budget control to minimize overruns

• Support procurement and sourcing of materials/services when required

• Ensure proper dismantling, return of rental items, and site reinstatement after events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with event setup processes, fabrication workflows, and site coordination

• Knowledge of venue regulations and basic workplace safety practices is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or basic technical drawing interpretation is an advantage

• Possess Class 3 driving licence is a plus (optional)

• Able to travel for on-site project support when required
