Job Description
Our client is an established international company in the bedding and home furnishing industry.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Manager / Product Training Manager to develop and deliver effective training programmes that enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall business performance.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coaching teams, creating engaging learning experiences, and driving commercial success through training and development initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with sales leaders, product teams, and distribution partners to ensure consistent product knowledge and sales excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Develop and deliver product training programmes for internal sales teams and distribution partners
Conduct product knowledge training, workshops, classroom sessions, and product demonstrations
Design and implement onboarding and continuous learning programmes
Support the professional development of sales personnel through structured coaching and training initiatives
Curriculum & Content Development
Create training materials including presentations, manuals, product guides, assessments, and job aids
Develop learning content that improves product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Update training materials based on new product launches and market developments
Sales Performance Support
Work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps
Recommend training solutions to improve sales productivity and customer engagement
Support product launches and sales campaigns through targeted training initiatives
Training Evaluation & Improvement
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators
Analyse learning outcomes and recommend improvements to training programmes
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources, Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in training, sales training, product training, retail training, or related roles
Experience in furniture, bedding, home furnishing, retail, consumer products, or related industries preferred
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Language Requirement
Ability to communicate in English is required.
Ability to communicate in Chinese may be advantageous as the role may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, training materials, or regional business partners.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 per month
