Executive, Talent Acquisition (4 months maternity cover)

Job Description:

This role is critical in ensuring continuity of our talent acquisition efforts, particularly as we support the growth and stability of our early childhood centres and corporate functions.

As part of the HR team, the role will play a strategic role in shaping the educator workforce - which directly impacts the quality of education and care delivered to children and families across Singapore. The role will partner closely with hiring managers and centre leaders to plan, source, and secure talent pipelines, ensuring that we continue to attract and retain the right people in a highly competitive sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, for educator and corporate roles.

· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through partnerships with institutions, career fairs, and online platforms.

· Ensure recruitment processes comply with ECDA, MOM, and TAFEP guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

· Partner with hiring managers and centre leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

· Provide advisory support on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.

Employer Branding & Projects

· Support employer branding activities, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and digital channels.

· Contribute to HR and recruitment initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Reporting & Compliance

· Update recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

· Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and policy requirements.


Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of rend to end recruitment experience, preferably within the early childhood sector.

· Good sourcing strategy and multi-tasking: ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, particularly for educators (EY1, EY2, L1, L2) across different centres.

· Familiarity with ECDA qualification frameworks, MOM work pass requirements, and TAFEP guidelines.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage candidate and stakeholders effectively

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

· Resourceful, problem-solving attitude, strong team player

· Seniority and remuneration will be assessed based on experience and capability.
