The Lead, Digitalisation (AI & Data Management) is responsible for driving and overseeing digital transformation of St Andrew’s Mission Hospital–Singapore Anglican Community Services (SAMH–SACS).
This role emphasises strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership to transform service delivery and operations, supported by integrated digital systems, process reengineering, and use of AI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a Digitalisation & Data Management strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
Lead process standardisation and organisational transformation initiatives across services.
Oversee the adoption of data-informed decision-making practices and promote data governance standards in collaboration with technical specialists.
Identify and evaluate AI and digitalisation use cases for operational efficiency and service impact, with due consideration for ethics and governance.
Establish risk management practices related to the use of AI, including identifying potential risks (e.g. bias, privacy, transparency), applying appropriate mitigation measures, and ensuring compliance with internal and external AI governance guidelines.
Build strong partnerships with service clusters, government agencies, technology partners, and external stakeholders to drive innovation.
Drive change management and staff adoption, ensuring digital initiatives are understood, accepted, and embedded in daily operations.
Establish clear success metrics and report on digitalisation and data management outcomes.
Work closely with IT and technical teams on solution design, procurement, and implementation.
Experience & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field; postgraduate qualifications in Business, Digital Transformation, or equivalent advantageous.
2. At least 10 years of experience in corporate planning, policy development, or transformation leadership across public, consulting, or corporate sectors.
3. Exposure to AI, digitalisation, or cybersecurity domains through consulting, research, or strategic projects.
4. Demonstrated success in managing organisational change, partnerships, and cross-sector initiatives.
