Job Scope

• Provide guidance and recommendations on home financing, mortgage refinancing, and loan restructuring solutions

• Review and compare interest rates, loan features, and financing packages across multiple banks

• Support clients throughout the loan application process, including preparation and submission of required documents

• Liaise with financial institutions, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions

• Develop and nurture client relationships through referrals, networking, and ongoing engagement

• Deliver timely follow-ups and maintain a high standard of customer service and client care

Requirements
