Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee multiple large-scale A&A, upgrading, and commercial interior fit-out projects

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope

• Plan project schedules, resources, and overall execution strategy

• Manage and guide Assistant Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors

• Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are met

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities

• Oversee cost control, safety compliance, and project documentation

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• Experience managing large-scale or complex A&A projects is preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, commercial interior fit-out, renovation, or related construction projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting project timelines and deliverables.
