Project Manager (Semicon / plant / chemical dispense) - #1161765

Job Responsibilities:
(1) Lead and manage semiconductor facility projects, with primary focus on Chemical Distribution Systems (CDS) , from project initiation through final handover.
(2) Take responsibility for project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction.
(3) Develop project execution plans, manpower deployment plans, procurement strategies and construction schedules.
(4) Monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project milestones.
(5) Coordinate testing, commissioning and system turnover activities to ensure successful project completion and client acceptance.
(6) Manage subcontractors,suppliers and contractual matters.
(7) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving technical or commercial issues.
(8) Mentor Project Engineers and site teams in engineering design, construction management, commissioning activities and semiconductor facility best practices.
Job Requirement
(1) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
(2) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP construction, with substantial experience in semiconductor
(3) Strong understanding of P&ID, PFD, chemical delivery systems, process piping and utility infrastructure.
(4) Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing environments such as Micron, TSMC, UMC, Global Foundries or similar facilities is highly preferred.
(5) Familiar with Singapore regulatory requirements, authority coordination and compliance standards.
(6) Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making capability
(7) Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers and project counterparts where required by business needs.

Work Schedule: The normal working schedule is five days per week, from Monday to Friday. Employees may choose one of the following working hours:
7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
