As a Staff Nurse (ICU Setting), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring for critically ill patients to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Assist Doctors during medical procedures, examinations, and emergency interventions.

• Monitor, assess, and promptly report changes in patients’ conditions to the relevant medical team.

• Support doctors in emergency or critical situations to ensure timely and effective patient care delivery.

• Operate and maintain respiratory and cardiopulmonary support equipment in accordance with clinical protocols.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical observations.

• Administer medications and treatments in line with prescribed medical guidelines and care plans.

• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, procedures, and ongoing care requirements.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Perform additional/ ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma qualification in Nursing field.

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
