As a Programme Associate (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Engage seniors and encourage participation in centre programmes and activities.

• Support outreach activities and assist in growing centre membership.

• Conduct home visits and assist with community screenings when required.

• Coordinate volunteers including recruitment, training, and engagement.

• Assist in planning and supporting wellness, outreach programmes, and centre events.

• Maintain relationships with community partners and service providers.

• Ensure centre cleanliness, safety, and support daily operational needs.

• Maintain records such as attendance, volunteer registry, and home visit documentation.

• Handle enquiries, registrations, donor collection, and basic administrative tasks.

• Assist with reporting, purchasing, stock monitoring, and general operational support.

Requirements:

• Min O Level in Healthcare or equivalent field.

• Prior healthcare working experience is an advantage.
