Job Scope:

• Direct and oversee the strategic operations of the Facilities Management Centre, ensuring full alignment with organizational performance goals and international quality standards.

• Design and execute comprehensive facilities management programs that drive operational excellence, improve site efficiency, and adapt to the evolving requirements of the business.

• Lead and unify cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment between engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered consistently within scope and budget.

• Govern all aspects of site maintenance, emergency preparedness, and strict compliance with statutory and environmental regulations to maintain an unwavering focus on safety and asset integrity.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and industry-leading best practices to optimize building performance and facility asset lifecycles.

• Command vendor relationships and lead high-level contract negotiations to ensure the highest standard of service delivery while maximizing commercial value for the organization.

• Maintain full accountability for the Facilities Management Centre’s budget, ensuring fiscal discipline, resource optimization, and the professional development of the talent within the team.
  

Requirements:

• With a 10–15 years of proven experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

• At least 5–8 years of senior leadership experience, showcasing a high capability in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale budgets, and maintaining operational excellence in high-stakes environments.
