As a Manager - Partnership (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and execute the organisation’s partnership and fundraising strategies.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, community partners, donors, and key stakeholders.

• Drive fundraising efforts to achieve revenue targets and secure resources for programmes and initiatives.

• Oversee donor engagement, stakeholder communications, and external partnerships.

• Develop and manage collaborative healthcare and community projects from planning to implementation.

• Establish and streamline processes for partnership management, fundraising activities, and events.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.

• Monitor programme performance, maintain reports and data records, and analyse key metrics.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the team, including training and development.

• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.

• Experience in the healthcare or eldercare sector is an advantage.
