As a Manager - Partnership (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead and execute the organisation’s partnership and fundraising strategies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare institutions, community partners, donors, and key stakeholders.
Drive fundraising efforts to achieve revenue targets and secure resources for programmes and initiatives.
Oversee donor engagement, stakeholder communications, and external partnerships.
Develop and manage collaborative healthcare and community projects from planning to implementation.
Establish and streamline processes for partnership management, fundraising activities, and events.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Monitor programme performance, maintain reports and data records, and analyse key metrics.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the team, including training and development.
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related field.
Experience in the healthcare or eldercare sector is an advantage.
