Responsibilities:
Drive operational readiness, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and customer requirements.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), system implementation, and operational enhancement projects from planning through execution.
Manage process design, deployment, and business transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and performance.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure successful project delivery and milestone achievement.
Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to management and customers.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support project governance, data-driven decision-making, and operational visibility.
Support customer governance meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions through timely reporting and project status updates.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimisation.
Drive automation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and customer experience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new processes, systems, and operational capabilities.
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, or other automation and reporting tools will be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
