As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Proactively contact potential customers using company-provided leads to introduce insurance products and services.

• Arrange and coordinate appointments for financial consultants or agents.

• Promote insurance products, including cross-selling, upselling, and supporting policy renewals.

• Respond to customer inquiries, clearly explain policy benefits, and ensure a high standard of customer experience.

• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years’ experience in telemarketing/ tele-sales experience.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
